Company Notarization

Each company has different pricing, so there is no fixed price on the market.

For notarized documents, YLC Company will provide free notarization for the first set of documents for customers. Subsequent sets will be charged based on the document's thickness.

Notarization, in the field of document translation, is a term used to confirm the accuracy of the translation by the translation company. It consists of two parts:

- Personal information of the translator and a commitment to the accuracy of the translation, signed by the translator.

- Confirmation by the company, certifying that the translator signed in front of the Director, affixed a seal, and provided the date and certificate number.

     Below is an example of a notarized company certification translated from Vietnamese to Korean.

For customers, there are typically the following document requirements:

- Translation for understanding: Customers only need an accurate translation of the original document and can receive the soft copy via email, Zalo, Viber, etc.

- Notarized translation: After completing the translation, the translation company must print and certify the translation. This is used for submission to third-party agencies or for archiving purposes.

- Private notarization: After completing the translation, the translation company prints the document and sends it to a private notary office for translation confirmation.

Legal notarization: After completing the translation, the translation company prints the document and sends it to a state notary office for translation confirmation.

Depending on the purpose, customers may have different requirements. From a legal perspective, the legal value of the document increases in the order of the document requirements mentioned above. Additionally, the cost for each requirement varies.
