The agencies under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs responsible for performing the function of Consular Legalization in Vietnam include the Consular Department in Hanoi and the Department of Foreign Affairs in Ho Chi Minh City. 

Additionally, the Consular Departments at the Vietnamese embassies and consulates located abroad have similar functions.
